How fleet management works
A small tracking device is fitted in each vehicle. It sends live data to your fleet dashboard, which turns it into alerts and reports you can act on.
We fit the tracker
A tracking unit is hidden and wired into each vehicle, together with any add-ons you choose, such as fuel sensors or dashcams.
It reports live
Location, speed, ignition, fuel and driver events are sent to the platform every few seconds while the vehicle is moving.
You see everything
Log in on a computer or the phone app to see your whole fleet on one map, with trip history and the status of every vehicle.
You get alerts & reports
Instant alerts for speeding, fuel drops, curfew breaks or SOS, plus automatic daily, weekly or monthly reports by email.
Everything you need to run your fleet
All on one platform. Managers, branches and controllers each get their own login and see only what they need.
Hardware and add-ons for complete control
We fit proven Teltonika trackers, then add the sensors your business needs. Most add-ons appear on the same dashboard and in the same reports.

Frequently asked questions
How much does fleet management cost in Kenya?
Fleet management is priced per vehicle and depends on your fleet size, the type of tracker and any add-ons, such as fuel sensors or dashcams. Larger fleets get better rates. Request a quote on WhatsApp or call 0748 000444 and we will price it for your exact fleet.
What is the difference between GPS tracking and fleet management?
GPS tracking shows where a vehicle is. Fleet management adds everything around it: driver scores, fuel monitoring, maintenance reminders, cost tracking, multiple users and automatic reports, so you can run the whole fleet from one place.
How long does installation take?
It depends on the number of vehicles. We plan the installation with you, fit vehicles at your yard or depot around your schedule, and train your team before handover.
Do you train our staff?
Yes. Training is included for the people who will use the system, such as fleet managers, controllers, accounts staff and drivers.
Can the system detect fuel theft?
Yes. With a fuel level sensor fitted, you see every refill and get an alert whenever fuel drops suddenly, for example from siphoning while the vehicle is parked. A fuel cap sensor can also alert you the moment the cap is opened or a pipe is put into the tank. You can compare fuel paid for against fuel that actually went into the tank.
Can I track my fleet on my phone?
Yes. You can use the web dashboard on a computer and the phone app on Android or iPhone. Each manager can have their own login.
Do you install outside Nairobi?
Yes. We install across Kenya and can fit vehicles at your premises, wherever your fleet is based.
What happens if a driver tampers with the tracker?
The tracker is hidden during installation, and you get an alert if its power is cut or it is disconnected, so tampering is noticed quickly.
Can I add more vehicles later?
Yes. Start with a few vehicles and add more at any time. New vehicles appear on the same dashboard and in the same reports.
Can parents track the school bus?
Yes. Parents get a phone app that shows the bus live, plus alerts when the bus is about to arrive for pick-up or drop-off, when their child boards and if the bus is delayed.
